Have you embraced the Golden Circle and are starting with your own WHY or your business, product, or service’s WHY?
In his mega-popular TED talk, Simon Sinek encourages leaders to start with WHY and look from the inside out to inspire others to take action.
As Simon says, “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.”
But ultimately, people buy and are inspired by things that match their own WHY.
So start there, outside of your own circle with your customer’s WHY.
Because if your business, product, or service’s WHY doesn’t align with your customer’s WHY, your value proposition probably doesn’t either.
Start with the wrong WHY and you risk being irrelevant to those you seek to serve.
