“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

While they sometimes force transformation, destruction, failure, and abrupt endings do not have to be the prerequisites to change and innovation. 

After all, change is a constant and innovation is mostly incremental—innovation is evolution more than revolution.

We don’t have to wait for the breaking point to innovate. In fact, for some issues we mustn’t.
