New Groove

Teams often act in well-worn ways.

They’ve formed, stormed, normed, and are now mostly performing on auto-pilot. The same people play the same roles, deepening worn-in grooves for interaction, idea flow, and execution.

While auto-pilot is convenient, it leaves teams stuck in the status quo, rather than accelerating on the path to learning, growth, and mastery. It precludes teams from trying out new grooves and venturing into new heights of collaboration, innovation, and high-performance.

So what’s one way your team can deliberately practice acting differently today? What new groove do you want to groove to help you work better together?
