Unless you’re in the business of designing and engineering structure, you probably seldom notice or think about it.
But we’re all constantly swimming in structure, whether it be business structure, organizational structure, operational structure, governance structure, communications structure, informational technology structure, and our daily structure, to name a few.
It’s amazing how often structure is an invisible advantage or disadvantage for leaders, teams, and organizations in addition to a frequently overlooked opportunity to innovate.
